A family farm, nested at the base of Mohawk mountain in northwest CT, Southwinds Stable was established in 1993 by Suzy Clement then age 13 and her family, on their 20 acre home site. There has been a transition from a fully dedicated breeding barn of Dutch Warm Blood horses to a beautiful boarding facility . . .  and now to a complete teaching facility for riders of all disciplines and all levels.
